If no, then this line is for you ;) "Strange Matter is a hypothetical form of quark matter which is more stable than nuclear matter." There is a reason for saying it strange. It is predicted that strange matter is found in the core of the neutron star. Neutron stars are one of the densest bodies in the universe. When a star, having 8 times the mass of its initial mass, gets exhausted all its nuclear fuel, then the star starts collapsing in its own core and temperature exceeds. As temperature rises, electrons and protons start forming neutrons by the electron capture process. Slowly, the repulsion force and neutron pressure stop the contraction of the core but start moving outwards leading to the formation of a supernova.
